Position Overview

As a Digital Media Project Coordinator, you are the vital link between our clients’ marketing goals and our production team’s creative output. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that every video, live webinar, and technical whitepaper is delivered on time, on brand, and above expectations.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience and a strong background in video production, webinars, and rich-media content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of multimedia creation, technical storytelling, and project coordination. You will support the development of client‑facing content across video, live digital events, and interactive formats, while also contributing to written materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities

‍

Project Coordination and Quality Assurance

• Manage multiple multimedia and written content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Cross-cultural communication with international clients.
• Proactively coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and expectations
• Uphold quality control across all content formats, with a strong eye for detail
• Manage and recruit independent contractors

Video Production

• Produce, edit, and deliver high‑quality video content for client campaigns and technical storytelling.
• Assist with scripting, visual planning, and asset preparation for multimedia projects.
• Manage and support the creation of interactive and rich media experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
• Maintain consistent visual and technical standards across all multimedia deliverables.

Webinar Execution

• Manage end‑to‑end webinar production, including platform setup, speaker coordination, dry runs, and live session facilitation
• Oversee promotional workflows and post‑event tasks, such as editing recordings, generating performance summaries, and distributing assets

Written Content Development

• Edit and deliver written technical content (e.g., white papers, blogs, datasheets) on deadline
• Collaborate with technical writers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in their articles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in multimedia production, digital media, and written content
• Experience with rich media tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-focused mindset
