1. Who Provides This Tool

The Calculator is provided by EETech Media, LLC, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “EETech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “EETech Commerce” is a product and service offering of EETech. “You” and “your” mean the individual or entity accessing the Calculator.

2. Directional Estimates Only

The Calculator produces directional estimates intended solely to support preliminary, high-level business exploration before any deeper engagement. Actual results vary significantly and depend on many factors outside the scope of, and not modeled by, the Calculator, including but not limited to your specific product mix, pricing, margins, audience, market conditions, competitive landscape, current website and infrastructure performance, sales motion, internal execution, resourcing, third-party platforms, and macroeconomic and regulatory conditions.

EETech does not verify, validate, or audit any value you enter and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of those inputs. Inaccurate, incomplete, or non-representative inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.

4. Research Benchmarks and Third-Party Data

Certain fixed benchmarks used by the Calculator are drawn from the EETech Engineering Insights Research (EIR) and related studies, including statistics attributed to third parties such as the Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA). These benchmarks reflect aggregate research findings across a broad population and may not reflect your specific business, customers, or markets. Statistical confidence levels and survey figures describe the underlying research only and do not represent any predicted outcome for you. EETech makes no representation or warranty regarding third-party data and references to any third party do not imply that third party’s endorsement of the Calculator or its outputs.

Any investment amount, platform fee, onboarding cost, or other figure shown in or generated by the Calculator (including any reference to a “[$111K]” investment) is illustrative and provided only to model a hypothetical scenario. Actual pricing, scope, and terms vary by customer and are established solely in a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives of both parties. Any report you download or generate from the Calculator (for example, a PDF summary) reflects the inputs and assumptions in effect at the moment of generation and is subject to this Disclaimer in full, whether or not the Disclaimer is reproduced in the report. Such reports may become outdated and should not be circulated or relied upon as a current or accurate representation of any result.

11. Data and Privacy

The Calculator runs in your browser, and the values you enter are not transmitted to EETech unless you choose to submit them (for example, by requesting a report through a form). Information you submit is handled in accordance with the EETech Privacy Policy. Where you provide a business email address, you may receive follow-up communications about EETech Commerce; you may opt out at any time. Your use and any submission may be subject to applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing laws, which can vary by jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Calculator and This Disclaimer

EETech may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Calculator, its methodology and assumptions, and this Disclaimer at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Calculator after any change constitutes acceptance of the change.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Disclaimer and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Calculator are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delaware for any such dispute. The Calculator is intended for a business audience; if any portion of the foregoing is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• This Disclaimer is written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version controls in the event of any inconsistency.

• EETech’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
